The Founder’s Story
As the founder of Distinct Derivative Coaching, Wilhelmenia Ravenell has maintained a personal and professional passion for making visions a reality. This has included a commitment for over 35 years, cultivating impactful experiences as a business and technology leader to develop teams and ensure pipeline delivery of enterprise solutions. Her most notable accomplishments occurred during her tenure at Eli Lilly and Company, while leading teams for innovative and award-winning business solutions in support of patient outcomes.
She has spent several years mastering her self-development through training, co-authoring a book for leadership enrichment, industry certifications, and professional coaching for the personal value of understanding what it means to go from broken to blessed, at a pivotal point in her career. This has fueled her unwavering commitment to ensure the appropriate engagement as a coach, mentor, and previously serving as an advisor on the boards of a small business and non-profit organization, to transform businesses, develop sustainable programs, and enrich the lives of many.
