The Founder’s Story
As the founder of Distinct Derivative Coaching, Wilhelmenia Ravenell has maintained a personal and professional passion for making visions a reality. This has included a commitment for over 35 years, cultivating impactful experiences as a business and technology leader to develop teams and ensure pipeline delivery of enterprise solutions. Her most notable accomplishments occurred during her tenure at Eli Lilly and Company, while leading teams for innovative and award-winning business solutions in support of patient outcomes.
She has spent several years mastering her self-development through training, industry certifications, professional coaching, co-authoring a book for leadership enrichment and authored the book From Broken To Blessed ~ peace in your pocket ~ , to support clients and others. It provides value to reflect the personal understanding of what it means to go from broken to blessed in daily living as well as during pivotal points in our lives.
She continues her unwavering commitment to ensure the appropriate engagement as a coach, for transformative and life-changing experiences with professionals, businesses, and various community programs.
